Chandani Patel Rijal graduated from California State University of Los Angeles, with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, with concentration in Business Law.  She then attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, in the dean’s list.  She is licensed to practice law in California for state specific matters and licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 states. She started her career by working for The Chugh Firm, with offices in multiple states in the United States and affiliates in India.

Chandani co-founded Rijal law firm with the needs of immigrant families and workforce in mind —immigrant community who are planning for a life of prosperity and who value comfort, convenience and future in this country. More importantly, she believes that your case is important to you and she wants to assure that it is equally important to her. She values you as a fellow dreamer, a fellow entrepreneur, a fellow citizen and most importantly a fellow human being.

Chandani is primarily an attorney for a dedicated EB-5 practice within the firm, which involves advising individual investors and corporate clients on the requirements and ramifications of the USCIS EB-5 program.   She is fully committed to her client’s work and satisfaction.  She is ‘meticulous’ with a good eye to detail, and her need to leave no stone unturned has led to too many success stories to count.

Chandani handles all types of U.S. immigration, including complex matters associated with corporate business structure and EB-5 Investor applications.  Chandani practices in fields of investor (EB-5), business (L1 & PERM), and family (I-130) immigration law, representing large and small clients within a variety of industries.  This includes temporary and short-term work visas, business visas, permanent resident, (employment-based and family based) and naturalization/citizenship.
