EB1 Immigration Lawyer to Help with Premium Processing and More

EB1 Immigration Lawyer

Are you looking to immigrate to the United States? Do you have viable skills and want to utilize those in your immigration application? Then we may be able to help. You very well could be best served by an EB1 immigration lawyer from our firm. That said, the best path for your immigration journey could be through one of our EB2 lawyers, or many other immigration methods. We’re always glad to talk to folks about their situations and how we could help them to immigrate.

Assistance With Recent Changes

If you filed an EB-1 Multinational Manager I-140 petition before or on July 1, 2021, or an EB-2 NIW I-140 petition before or on August 1st of last year, then you may be eligible for premium processing through the USCIS. Recently, they moved onto the second phase of their expansion of premium processing for certain Forms I-140. If you believe that you could be eligible for this but aren’t sure, or just want to be able to file the strongest possible petition, it’s worth it to reach out to us for help.

Finding Which Method is Right for You

The EB-1B is a great option if you may be concerned as to whether or not you’ll meet the qualifications for the EB-1A. You can be very accomplished and successful and the EB-1A may not be the best option for you just because it is so particular. The EB-1B can be a very viable path, so long as you have at least three years of experience and as well as a clearly-defined purpose in your visa application. As with all other forms of immigration, we can help you to make the best decision for your needs.

Other Options Available

That said, if you have a JD, Ph.D., law degree, Master’s, or a similar equivalent (typically a bachelor’s degree plus five years of progressive work experience in the right field) then you may qualify for an EB2 Advanced Degree Visa. This, however, requires the U.S. employer that’s offering you the job to seek labor certification. Essentially, that’s to get the Department of Labor to confirm that the company offering you the job did their best to find a qualified American worker but was unable to do so, hence, the necessity of reaching out to you.
